What sets Future Foam Insulation apart from our competitors is that we provide a superior energy saving service due to our choice of product.

We use a half-pound foam that is designed specifically to make our customers homes more energy efficient:
  • It is ecologically friendly as it is made from Soy based and recyclable materials.
  • It is also environmentally friendly as heating and cooling costs can be reduced by as much as 50%.
  • It reduces carbon emissions.
  • It saves energy and precious fossil fuels.
  • Your carbon footprint is reduced.
  • As it reduces the transmission of sound that results in soundproofing the building.

Future Foam Insulation uses the best and most efficient equipment, materials, processes and people.

As the property market is going green the government is providing Greener Homes Grants for consumers that will help implement changes to reduce the use of energy and valuable fossil fuels.

The uses Future Foam's opencell foam and a closedcell foam are three fold:

  • Insulation - Using opencell foam and a closedcell foam to create the building envelope increases the thermal performance. It fully adheres to the substrate so there is no air space in between the insulation material and the substrate, no joints, glue or mechanical fasteners to prevent convectional air movement.
  • Air Barrier - Studies show that 30% of a buildings energy loss can be caused by air filtration. Tests for air leakage show that opencell foam and a closedcell foam well exceed government standards for air barrier material. By creating a sealed air barrier Future Foam's closedcell foam prevent condensation that often leads to moulds, mildew and wall damage. Its high closed cell content creates an effective, rigid, seamless and durable air barrier.
  • Vapour Retarder - Water vapour permeance is the speed at which water vapour passes through bulk material. The building codes stipulate that a vapour barrier must have a vapour permeance less than 1 perm. Independent tests again show that opencell foam and a closedcell foam exceed these standards.
